Another season in the books & our 2nd season under the PBAM council. I think we’ve improved a lot from last year & there is always room to grow.

There are a number of people WE should thank: Dabby Mayuga, Aaron Poonin, Bonie Lingon, Jex & Bangg Mendiola, Mel Natividad, Wesley Estioco, Miguel Sorensen, Nap Morales/Jojo Tanoja, Jho Ilamas/Jolen Bueno & the staff at SHADD, Westhill and Gatineau.

These people are here every weekend to help keep this league running. WE DO NOT GET PAID FOR THIS, ALL VOLUNTEER WORK.

The PBAM would also like to thank Frank & Lydia Baluyot for being part of the Filipino basketball community for the past 15+ years. They’ve been a helping hand, fought through the hard times & shined through the good. Frank & Lydia deserve to be recognized as they do much more behind the scenes than everyone thinks.

Last but not least, I want to thank my parents, the backbone of PBAM. They’ve been a part of this league longer than some of you who were born & have done more than enough for PBAM. I think it’s about time fresh faces step up & show that we, the next generation, are able to run this league like my parents have for the past 20+ years.
