Call to order:
The PBAM meeting was held in LS CDN (Shadd) Gym, Montreal, Quebec on 20th of September, 2015. The meeting convened at 2:00PM, President Rick Aquino presiding with Internal VP Mike Castro, External VP Noel Tejada, Secretary Michael Narciso and Interim Treasurer Jake Maguigad.

Saturday October 17 and October 24 from 1:00PM to 3:00PM

ATTENTION: NON REGISTERED (Or NOT REGISTERED IN PBAM DATABASE) – PLAYER WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY. PBAM MEMBERSHIP NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED TO EACH REGISTERED PERSON. PHOTO OF EACH REGISTRANT WILL BE KEPT IN RECORD.
***MINIMUM REGISTRATION FEE OF $100 PER TEAM IS REQUIRED*** ONLY TEAM THAT PAID THE MINIMUM REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE SCHEDULED.

ADDENDUMS TO PBAM RULES AND REGULATIONS
Adjust age categories to coincide with PIBNA Games – Cut off Date – September 1, 2015
Outstanding Arrears to PBAM
Player/s that has an outstanding arrears to their club/organization will not be allowed to play for a new club/organization until their arrears are settled. Each Club/Organization shall have their own internal process for collecting fees and shall provide proof of non-payment fees
Discussed to have a 34+ and 44+ Divisions to coincide with PIBNA – A separate meeting will be arrange to discuss these options – Mike Castro to schedule this meeting
DEFAULT FEE $50
Discussed the Technicality of Default and Forfeit games
PABCOMS DIVISIONS and LAWIN:
DEFAULT: Only 3 players or less shows up during the game. No show automatic Default
FORFEIT: 4 players show up and 1 player fouled out or injured
PYBCOMS DIVISIONS:
DEFAULT: Only 3 players or less shows up during the game. No show automatic Default
FORFEIT: 4 players show up in 1st quarter and less than 8 players when the 2nd quarter starts
Disbanded Team/s – will not be scheduled to avoid DEFAULT Fees
FULL UNIFORMS ENFORCED AS OF OPENING DATE OCT. 31, 2015
ATTENTION: PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY WITHOUT COMPLETE UNIFORM
SHOT CLOCK
Voted by all OPEN representatives present in the meeting that a Shot Clock rule will be enforced during the PLAYOFF. Additional cost to have this in effect will be calculated and incorporated in the OPEN registration fees. Technicality of this rule will be discussed on a separate meeting.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED ON A MONTHLY BASIS
A clause will be defined in the rules and regulations for requesting schedule changes

2 Non-Filipino players to be allowed in the Open Division has been voted OUT.
Scorers/Timers
2 representatives age 15 over of each Organization to be assigned as the scorer and timer. Not allowed to be a scorer or timer if their respective organization is playing the game.

No Food or Boots allowed in the Gym!
15 Minutes prior to the start of the scheduled game- Only players and 4 management members of the club/organization will be allowed in the gym. Tags will be issued to each 4 members and these are only valid on that particular scheduled game. All others should be in the stand/bleachers. NO TAG- Team Management CANNOT ENTER the gym in advance.
PBAM Operations for Set-up and Closure of Gyms:
Requesting 2 members per team that are scheduled at the on-set of each weekend to help/participate in the setting up of the games. Likewise-last teams to play- 2 members of each team must help in the tidying up, putting away equipment. If these are not adhered to- the PBAM Management will need to hire the services of the gymnasium staff employees and the cost involved will be incorporated and included in the registration fees.
