PIBNA 40 Maryland – A Message from the PBAM President
Hello All !
On behalf of the PBAM Executive Board, I would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all players, coaches, managers, parents, families and supporters who donated their time, effort and shouldered the financial burden just to be part of the PBAM delegation last Labor Day weekend in Maryland. We can not thank you enough in your participation. Without doubt, the camaraderie we demonstrated as a group was par excellence.
Big congratulations to our U11 PIBNA 3 Peat Champions , from Head Coach Jex Mendiola , Assistant Coaches Boni Lingon and Mario Losloso to Manager Bernadette Barba , you all deserve a standing ovation not only for winning the championship but also for the manner you prepared and directed your team for Inter-City games.

3 Time PIBNA U11 Champions – Montreal
To our other less fortunate Coaches , Lito Lalic and Jason Mayuga (U13), Ray Foz and Noel Tejada (U15), Aaron Poonin and Patrick Alcaide (U17), Cholo Maguigad and Earl Haughton (35+), Rick Aquino and Mike Narciso (45+) and Mel Natividad (55+), you all deserve the recognition for hard work and determination representing the PBAM. You came up short this time but not for lack of effort and tactic. At times we must admit that the competition is a lot superior and our teams are simply overmatched. Please keep this in mind as our parameter and motivation for next year games in Hamilton. To the brave families who uprooted almost their entire family to be with us namely the Agkis/Rosales, Barba/Mendiola, Bermudez, Bustamante, Foz, Handinero, Hernandez, Jayme, Lalic, Lingon, Losloso, Mayuga, Maguigad, Montemayor, Morales, Narciso, Poonin, Tejada and Velante, the PBAM acknowledge and admire your commitment and dedication, you completed our PIBNA teams this year. To my fellow PBAM Executive officers notably Jake & Nancy Maguigad , Rick Aquino and Jazz Barba, Mike Narciso and Noel Tejada , you took again the leadership role and guided our delegation to perfection. Your untiring volunteer work and hard work ethic as a team cemented the foundation of the PBAM.
On a sour note, I want to express my displeasure to the players who displayed disrespectful manners toward their coaches and teammates which is detrimental to the PBAM. The selected players are expected to conduct themselves at all times in manner promoting Proper Behavior and Attitude to Mankind (PBAM). Anything less is unacceptable. Any wrongdoing or good deed we exhibit outside of Montreal has a direct reflection on our city and association. Discipline and mutual respect is always synonymous to the PBAM.
Please join us for the POT LUCK POST PIBNA 40 MARYLAND CELEBRATION! Sunday Sept 18, 2016 @ 1pm at LS-CDN (SHADD)
